On this date in 2005, I was involved in a motorcycle accident that would change how I physically would feel for the rest of my life.
I was unconscious for an extremely long time, and was not expected to live.
I was made comfortable, and my family was told to get my affairs in order.
I broke every rib, front and back, lacerated my liver, fractured my spine and pelvis, suffered brain injury, shredded one lung and punctured another, developed pneumonia and ARDS, and was on life support for months.
Against all odds, I lived.
When God has other ideas, it really doesn’t matter what doctors think.
They’re only practicing anyways!
